Executive Suite Office Space For Smaller Workgroups
Over 20 years ago Symphony pioneered the multi-office suite as an alternative to businesses looking for under 1000 sf of office space in a major Class A building.
SymphonySuites typically are divided into two; three; and four room units with a combination of private offices and support areas. Support areas can be configured with workstations and/or storage units. All private offices have window views. Acoustically insulated walls and ceilings minimize ambient noise.
Terms are available from 3 months to 24 months. Pricing is dependent upon factors such as size, term, and furnishings.

Two Room SymphonySuites
are available in two sizes: a Professional Office version and an Executive Office version. Both units are designed with a separate administrative work area with a facing door. The Executive Office version adds more floor space configured for up to 5 separate storage units.
Three Room SymphonySuites
are our most popular size for several reasons. First they are configurable for anywhere from two to six people. Next, the competitive cost combined with access to the floor’s amenities make each seem exceptionally spacious and complete when compared to any other office alternative under 1000 sf.
Four Room SymphonySuites...
are all built at the corner of the building allowing a corner Executive Office in each. Add two Professional Offices and an expanded support area easily fitting two workstations plus four or more storage units. These Symphony Suites are often used as local corporate offices suitable for senior level executives with support staff.
